Green and Flinty
The nose is mineral and fresh, it’s reminiscent of stones and also of pineapple. In mouth, the wine is crystalline and mineral, with saltyness. The finish has some aromas of citrus fruits and lime.
Best with Hors d'oeuvre, shellfishes, seeshelles, terrines of fishes, raw fishes, “choucroute”, soles stuffed in gondola and goose in sauerkraut, “Presskopf”.
